Lori Dvorak

EXPERIENCED. Lori Dvorak brings many successful years of experience to her role as a coach, consultant and certified trainer. Her background includes a Masters Degree in Business and Education with certification in Training and Development from the University of Minnesota. Her experiences as an educator teaching management, entrepreneurship, communications, accounting and marketing has given her a well-rounded approach to helping individuals in many areas.

The focus of her career has always been to help people. Working one on one with individuals to create a vision and then to achieve it, she has worked with thousands of individuals to help them achieve their goals.

COACH. Lori works with individuals and teams as a personal and professional coach. This process is an ongoing relationship of setting goals and accomplishing them one step at a time. Her leadership experience as a department manager allowed her to develop and coach the teamwork needed to not only accomplish department goals, but also surpass them saving the company a half-million dollars in revenue. As a dedicated leader, she combined the team dynamics of various personalities and talents with shared ideas to generate exciting results.

CONSULTANT. Lori has worked as a consultant with hundreds of business owners to plan and strategize for improvements and results. Teaming together with the owner to develop and implement the vision and mission statements for their company provided the focus for growth and success with positive and profitable results.

CERTIFIED TRAINER. Group training is another area of expertise. Lori is certified in training and development. She also is certified in the Personal Profile System known as DISC and in Career Coaching. She trains in many skill areas, some of which include: leadership development, management skills, team building, presentation and meeting skills. The training is always customized to fit the needs of the audience.
