Crystal
has a Master of Science degree in Adult Education with a focus
in training and development from North
Carolina A&T State University. She holds a Bachelor of
Arts degree in business administration from the University
of North Carolina at Charlotte.
As a
trainer, course developer, writer, and consultant, she has
over 15 years of experience in providing customized
educational solutions for a wide range of organizations
including IBM, the United State Mint,
Wachovia Bank, First Union National Bank, Duke Energy,
Transamerica, United Way, The City of Charlotte and Central
Piedmont Community College.
Her
areas of training expertise include team building, management,
supervisory, leadership development, training and development,
personality style assessments, presentation skills, service
quality, and interpersonal communications.
Crystal
is a certified instructor of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator
and the WorkPlace Big Five Profile. She is also a certified
facilitator for Development Dimensions International (DDI).
Crystal
has an energetic, interactive and caring style of delivery.
She is known for her enthusiasm and passion for helping
individuals learn and excel. She has the ability to relate
well with all individuals.
She
has authored several articles on professional development and
consulting. She has presented at a national conference, the
African-American Women on Tour, in Houston, TX and Atlanta,
GA.
She
is a member of the national and local chapter of the American
Society of Training and Development and has earned the
Competent Toastmaster recognition from Toastmasters
International.
